Trust & data
Your data stays yours.
How we connect to your systems, what we can see, and what you control. In plain English.
01
How connections work
You connect your own accounts through official connections built by the providers: Plaid for banks, QuickBooks for accounting, Shopify for commerce, and others. You sign in on the provider’s own screen. Truhub never sees or stores your passwords.
02
What we can and can’t do
We read data.
Access is read-only wherever the provider allows it.
We don’t move money.
We don’t pay bills, move funds or edit your books.
Nothing changes without you.
The assistant inside your hub proposes. Nothing changes until you confirm, and changes are logged.
03
What you control
Ownership.
Your data belongs to you.
Export.
Download your data any time.
Revoke.
Disconnect any account, any time, in your dashboard or at the provider.
Leaving.
If you end your plan, we revoke our connections and delete your data.
04
How we protect it
Encrypted connection keys.
Connection keys are encrypted and never sent to your browser.
Separated by client.
Each client’s data is kept separate from every other client’s.
Least access.
Access inside Truhub is limited to the people who need it.
05
Certifications
We’ll say plainly what we have and what we don’t. Truhub does not hold SOC 2 or ISO certifications today.
Security questions? We’ll answer them in writing.
Get your time back. Start with the money.
Answer a few quick questions. If we’re a fit, we’ll set up a call to walk through your business and what we’d do first.
Engagements start with a paid setup and a monthly plan. We’ll cover the details on a call. · Case studies available on request.
